SABC Interim board chairperson Khanyisile Kweyama says that the policy for 90% local content was not working.
The former COO Hlaudi Motsoeneng was fired on Monday after being found guilty of misconduct following an unofficial press conference that took place in April.
Motsoeneng who implemented the 90% local content and the banning of broadcasting violent protests will now have these policies overturned by the SABC.
